Mindset Shift

Advanced skaters fall all the time. When they see someone fall, they think "they're learning it."

Get Down Low

Bend your knees, touch your calves — lower your center of gravity before a fall finds you.

Pick a Side

When falling is inevitable, choose a side and let your body's natural softness cushion the impact.

Up! Up! Up!

Get up immediately, as if the fall was part of your routine.

Perform Your Way Out

Push-ups, floorwork — find a move that turns a fall into part of your skating.
